Research Equipments Within Our Laboratory

ÄKTAFPLC Academic Edition Protein Purification System including a variety of HiTrap, HiPrep, and HiLoad (IEX, HIC, and Superdex 75 and 200) columns for native or tagged protein preparations (from GE Healthcare - Amersham-Biosciences)

X-band EPR spectrometer equipped with 10" magnet, 4119HS resonator, EMX consol, ESR-900 cryostat, LLT650/13 helium transfer tube, and a separated liquid heliem/N2 temperature controlling systems (from Bruker Biospin)

Cary 50 UV-vis Spectrophotometer equipped with a stopped-flow accessory SFA-20 (from Varian Inc. and TgK Scientific/Hi-Tech, respectively)	Automated 2D Gel Electrophoresis System (on the left) (from Bio-Rad) Agilent 8453 diode array rapid-scanning UV-vis spectrophotometer equipped with both standard and flow quartz cells (right) (from Agilent)
